This allows us to communicate faster while still respecting the other person’s time and space at some level. We communicate through the job done: once we complete our task, we let our teammates know about it in order to push the work forward. This level lets us focus on our tasks and projects, without external interruptions.

In a perfect world, a professional spends most of their working hours at this level. The most essential level of work that can be. Getting to know all of them and understanding their hierarchy will help you and your team get the job done without wasting time for meetings and calls. With the rise of new productivity & collaboration apps, those levels became even more valid. They vary in level of interruption - low-bandwidth ones cause little or no disturbance in other people’s work, while the high-bandwidth ones require the full and immediate attention of your employees and coworkers.
